The first phase of the park was built in the 1950s and was the first of its kind in the area.

Grays Harbor Transit #40 passes by the park several times daily. There’s a convenience store within walking distance and a shopping center about 5 minutes away by car.
Water is provided by Grays Harbor County. The septic system is on site.
The lot sizes vary. There is quite a large area of grass inside the park.
